I'm Karen Hamilton, a Realtor with Keller Williams in Santa Monica and I'm excited about living on the Westside. You may see me sometime at the farmer’s market in Santa Monica or out on the Venice Pier or strolling on the Strand in Marina Del Rey.

I grew up in Port Deposit, Maryland, which is a small town where the Susquehanna River meets the Chesapeake Bay. I hail from a family of 6 brothers and 2 sisters so I know the importance of team work, organization and efficiency. It was in this small town that I developed my strong work ethic. I attended Towson University and lived in the Washington DC area for several years where I was a Special Events Manager. I organized and arranged Corporate Hospitality for events such as the US Open Men’s Golf, The Super Bowl, The Washington Redskins and the Cadillac Grand Prix. I also worked on two presidential inaugural events. Prior to relocating here, I spent some time in Sedona, Arizona where I began my Real Estate practice.

Shortly after moving to Marina Del Rey, I joined Keller Williams Santa Monica Realty. Keller Williams was founded in 1983 and is an international company with over 600 offices in the United States and in Canada. The company began franchising in 1991 and following years of phenomenal growth and success, became the fourth largest residential real estate firm in the US in 2006. The company has succeeded by treating its associates as partners and shares its knowledge, policy control and company profits on a system‐wide basis.
